A timeless smoke, a lifelong passion….
Since 1930 Nat Sherman cigars & luxury cigarettes have added to the highfalutin lifestyle in New York City and around the world. Today we will review the Nat Sherman Timeless Especial – a 38 x 6 lancero with a pigtail cap.
The wrapper is toothy with a touch of oil. It also appeared to have light spots and small veins.
Pre light aromas include: leather, light coffee, earth, and a bit of hay.
Tasting notes include: creamy black pepper, roasted walnuts, cream from a rich espresso, and an earthy sweetness signified with a lush dark cherry flavor.
For this review I smoked three Timeless Especial’s – first with water, then with Macallan 12, and last with black coffee. There are always variables to consider when doing a cigar tasting. Depending on what you’re drinking, who you’re smoking with, what you’re eating, etc., the experience will always be different. Throughout each tasting I experienced variations of sugar cane, hay, earth, and almonds. The burn and light grey ash were always a consistent, confirming that the Timeless Especial is a quality stick, constructed to perfection. All three Timeless cigars tested were unique, concluding in an enjoyable and tasty smoke.
